GAS, ELECTRIC OR WOOD?
Wood is the most authentic fuel but also the most time-intensive. While gas-fired ovens are easier to use, they need to be sited outside and that means less use during a typical year. Electric ovens, on the other hand, can be used all year round – both inside and out, when weather permits.
