Shoot your screen
Being able to take a picture of your computer screen, called a “screenshot”, is very useful and Windows includes a handy tool for this. You can either run the Snipping Tool under Windows Accessories or use the handy keyboard shortcuts. Press the Windows, Shift and “S” keys together to open the snipping tool. The screen will briefly go dull and a small toolbar will appear at the top of the screen allowing you to drag a box around the area you want to capture.
Likewise, on Apple Mac devices, press the Command, Shift, and then either the 3 or 4 key to take a screenshot of the entire screen, or a specific part.
Take out the trash
There’s only so much space for photos, videos, and other files on your phone or in cloud-storage apps. As such, it is worth checking the folder where deleted items get parked before disappearing for good.
