
There's been talk of a big TV comeback for Phillip Schofield for months now, with a source previously revealing, 'Phillip's very much looking for a TV comeback and to do it in the right way.' But is it all over before it has even begun?
Phillip stepped away from ITV last year, following his 'unwise but not illegal' affair with a younger male colleague. However it was recently reported that ITV could be considering giving Phil another chance, with PR expert Edward Coram James saying, "To put it simply: ITV needs Schofield a whole lot more than Schofield needs ITV.'

But now, following the news that Phil's friend-turned-enemy Holly Willoughby is returning to ITV to host a reboot of the hit 90s game show You Bet! with her 'new sidekick' Stephen Mulhern, has she put a stop to Phil's comeback plans? Speaking of the news that she and Stephen Mulhern will present You Bet! together, Holly gushed, 'I'm so excited to be part of this iconic game show with the fabulous Stephen Mulhern.'
