Stop motion sickness
Car, train, boat or plane travel can soon bring on a bout of nausea or even actual vomiting, but there are several things you can do to stop it coming on.
* PICK YOUR SEAT
It's true that the front of the car (or the middle of a boat) is the best place to sit if you struggle with motion sickness, as it's more stable. On trains and planes, take the window seat where possible.
