DO THE LEAST TO FEEL YOUR BEST

Want to find your spark again, but lacking motivation? These simple tips can help you to look and feel healthier
DO THE LEAST TO FEEL YOUR BEST

Getting yourself out of a slump can feel impossible, especially as we're often told that means forcing ourselves into habits that, let's be honest, won't stick. 'We're all different, so what we ask of our bodies should reflect that.' says health coach Elaine Luck. The good news? Little tweaks can have a big impact - whether that's hitting the hay earlier or investing in home greenery. Try these effortless changes and you'll feel better in no time - without a rigorous gym routine in sight!

Dry your hands

We all know that washing your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water is important to prevent the spread of bacteria but don't forget the important final step - drying them! Damp hands will attract germs and because they're wet, these germs will spread more easily.

CHECK YOUR SUNSCREEN

Out-of-date lotion can reduce your level of protection, putting you at risk of skin damage and cancer. Each product has a symbol on the back that tells you how long it is safe for you to keep using it once opened, for example, 12M (12 months). This is as long as it has been stored at room temperature, kept out of direct sunlight, and looks and smells normal.
