STITCH THE DESIGNS
For the banner, mark the centre of the evenweave fabric lengthways and across the width with a line of tacking stitches. Each coloured square on the chart represents one cross-stitch worked over one block of fabric threads. The colour key shows the colour of embroidery thread to be used. When complete, remove the tacking threads and press the work face down on a towel.
