With season 12 of The Voice Australia now in full swing, chatter has already begun W around which of the superstar coaches - Jessica Mauboy, 34, Guy Sebastian, 41, Rita Ora, 32, and Jason Derulo, 33 - will be returning next year.

IS THIS GUY'S LAST YEAR?
Guy's contract is reportedly up at the end of the year, and being the longestserving coach out of the four, the show's budget may not allow for another pay increase. "Guy might be too expensive next year," says a well-placed production insider. "They love Guy, and if they could sign him for 10 more seasons, they would, but it might not be feasible as his pay has gone up each year. It would be disappointing to lose him."
