After nearly two decades of The Block, Scott Cam has basically seen it all. However, the usually hard-to-rattle host, 60, has been so appalled by the behaviour of some of this year's contestants that we hear he had to call an emergency meeting to pull everyone into line.

"Scotty knows that the drama is necessary for ratings, but he does think things have gone overboard," an on-set source tells Woman's Day. "It's giving him flashbacks to 2021 - when Tanya and Vito's cheating scandal nearly derailed the show - and he's warned the cast that he won't tolerate any more games or lies again."

Scott's last-ditch effort to halt the drama comes as the show, which hasn't even reached the halfway point yet, has already been dubbed the cattiest Block ever - with one viewer declaring the mean girl antics are "making the show unbearable"!
