For neon duct tape, try The Range
1 For the tambourine, remove the inner section from the embroidery hoop and paint the outer section. Thread larger bells onto elastic, and zigzag this across the inner hoop, knotting the ends to secure. Replace the inner hoop and screw shut.
2 For the shakers, paint cardboard tubes and leave to dry. Thread bells onto elastic and wind around the tubes, securing each end to the inside with duct tape.
