Claud Butler Criterium

The glory years for Claud Butler Bicycles were from the early 1930s until 1956, when bankruptcy was declared. The business was sold initially to Alan Hill, then to Holdsworth in 1957 and finally Falcon in 1987. This Claud Butler Criterium from 1995, photographed at Golden Age Cycles, is still in its original Frost Purple paintwork and comes from the Falcon era.
