സാഹിത്യരംഗത്ത് ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന ചെറുചലനങ്ങള്‍പോലും സൂക്ഷ്മമായി നിരീക്ഷിക്കുന്ന എഴുത്തുകാരനാണ് എന്‍. പ്രഭാകരന്‍. നോവല്‍, കഥ, കവിത, വിമര്‍ശനം, 
വിവര്‍ത്തനം എന്നീ മേഖലകളില്‍ ഇടപെടുമ്പോള്‍ മൗലികമായ കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകളാല്‍ അദ്ദേഹം സവിശേഷ ശ്രദ്ധ നേടാറുണ്ട്. ഈയിടെ സാമൂഹ്യമാധ്യമങ്ങളില്‍ പങ്കുവെച്ച സാഹിത്യവിചാരങ്ങളെ  ക്രോഢീകരിച്ച് തയ്യാറാക്കിയതാണ് ഈ ലേഖനം.

സുപ്രീംകോടതി 2019ലാണ് അയോധ്യയിലെ ബാബറി മസ്ജിദ് വിധി പ്രസ്താവിച്ചത്. അന്നത്തെ ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് രഞ്ജന്‍ ഗൊഗോയിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലെ ബെഞ്ചിന്റേതായിരുന്നു വിധി. ആ വിധി എഴുതി തയ്യാറാക്കിയത് ജസ്റ്റിസ് ഡി.വൈ.ചന്ദ്രചൂഡ് ആണെന്ന് ഏറെക്കുറെ ഇന്ന് വ്യക്തമാണ്. വിധി തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നതില്‍ ദൈവത്തിനും പങ്കുണ്ടെന്ന് ഈയിടെ ചന്ദ്രചൂഡ് തന്നെ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ അത് ഏറെ വിവാദമാണുണ്ടാക്കിയത്. അദ്ദേഹം സംഘപരിവാറിന്റെ കളിപ്പാവയായി മാറിയോ എന്ന് പലരും സംശയമുന്നയിച്ചു. രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ വിവിധ ഭാഗങ്ങളില്‍ മുസ്‌ലിംകളടക്കം മതന്യൂനപക്ഷങ്ങളും സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും ഭീഷണി നേരിടുമ്പോള്‍ മുതിര്‍ന്ന മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകനും ദ ടെലഗ്രാഫ് പത്രത്തിന്റെ എഡിറ്റര്‍ അറ്റ്‌ലാര്‍ജുമായ ആര്‍.രാജഗോപാല്‍ നിരീക്ഷണങ്ങള്‍ പങ്കുവെക്കുന്നു.
