This expansion has resulted in the publication of the “Taipei, Taichung, Tainan & Kaohsiung Michelin Guide.” Beyond Michelin stars, Bib Gourmand, and Plate distinctions, the Michelin Guide introduced three awards in the UK and Ireland Guide in 2017: the Young Chef Award, the Service Award, and the Sommelier Award.
