Apoi lasă frâiele în mâinile lor, retrage-te, cel mai bun management e prin absenţă, odată ce ai o echipă de apostoli care să predice mai departe religia ospitalităţii – este rețeta de succes a hotelierului vienez Otto E. Wiesenthal. Mai multe, la pag. 56.
3. „Știți, eu sunt un băiat care are un… tren!” Așa se prezenta Cristi Pitulice la discuțiile despre Transilvania Train. Ceea ce la început părea o glumă s-a dovedit proiectul ambițios al unui Orient Expres de România în care călătoria cu trenul e pretextul unei descoperiri culturale. Articolul, la pag. 68.
