This issue amid the COVID-19 focuses on articles relating to overcoming the pandemic challenges from the vaccine, vaccination to pandemic solidarity, face mask manufacturing and wearing, and a pandemic predicament for men’s sexual health. However, the editorial looks beyond the pandemic on what is next? Meanwhile, the Selangor State through Invest Selangor is moving ahead with the International Business Summit 2021 ala hybrid, and interestingly is hosting its first MEDIC Expo and the International Healthcare Conference. A challenge all of us should face post-pandemic and should take seriously the lessons from COVID-19. Long-term strategies and program are recommended hinging on the importance of fostering early education in health. This issue has a number of articles on cancer, namely on lung cancer, kidney cancer, liver cancer, prostate cancer and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). 

Healthcare needs ‘CARE’ to be emphasized. It cannot be more stressed than by discussing the care model that is evolving and the need for addressing the contentious issues in health care. The editorial discusses these aspects. With the coronavirus still at its peak and spreading, we look at some very pertinent daily issues we encounter in circumventing this spread.
