LUCY ‘I NOW LISTEN TO MY BODY MORE’

Lucy Mecklenburgh looked in good shape as she showed off a snap of herself about to sunbathe in her bikini last week. The 29-year-old – who gave birth to her son Roman in March last year – explained she’s been following the summer challenge on her fitness brand, Results Wellness Lifestyle, in a bid to stay healthy.

Sharing a photo of her lunch, she wrote on Instagram Stories, “I’m usually really good at eating a balanced diet, but since having Roman I’m finding a little guidance & having a meal plan to follow a huge help otherwise I’d prob just eat Roman’s leftovers!! Which isn’t good enough.”

Lucy added she’s also been keeping on top of her exercise, saying, “It’s not always easy fitting in my workouts with little man but I’ve stuck to 23 days of the summer challenge now & I feel soo much better in myself! Mood, skin, energy levels & less bloated.”

The former TOWIE star previously confessed she doesn’t put pressure on herself. “I see exercise as my me-time, which, as a mama, is so important,” she told new in April. “I now listen to my body when it comes to diet and exercise. If I’m tired, I’ll nap instead of doing a workout.”

She added, “I probably do two or three workouts a week, but not every week. I don’t feel bad if I don’t fit in exercise like I used to.”
