Since the birth of her son Hart, Miranda Kerr has kept a low profile behind closed doors at her LA home with family – including her hubby Evan Spiegel and seven-year-old son Flynn. But the Aussie model made a rare appearance when she stepped out with her one-month-old son in Santa Monica on June 13, with a little bit of help from her mum Therese.

Swaddled in a light baby blanket, little Hart slept peacefully in Therese’s arms as his mum leaned over to give him a sweet kiss on the forehead. ‘Being a mother is just a huge honour,’ Miranda says. ‘It is joy and love in its purest form.’

The 35-year-old model looked relaxed in her loose-fitting summer frock, as she and her mum took Hart to the doctor for a routine check-up .
