The ethos

“We encourage guests to try new wines, so always pour a diverse selection by the glass,” says David. The by-the-glass options change all the time, but the team always makes an effort to include non-traditional styles, such as skin-contact white wines or light, fresh red wines. “The bar is not about drinking what you’re used to but about discovering new options and styles.”
