AFTER WORKING 50 to 60 hours a week with no overtime pay, three delivery drivers decided enough was enough. In May 2014, they sued their employer, Oakhurst Dairy in Maine, for violating state wage laws. Their claim? The dairy owed them years’ worth of time-and-a-half pay for the extra hours they’d spent delivering perishables.
