G.E.M. Runway Music Exclusive Interview

How was your last USA Trip? Do you have plans to come back again soon?

My last visit to L.A was in November 2015 during my 73 shows of X.X.X. Live World Tour, so I’m very excited to be back again!

This time I recorded the Live Piano Sessions for my new songs which will be released in May 2016. They are songs I wrote very recently in a very honest and sincere way, so I thought presenting them with just a piano would be the best treatment. I also did a photo shoot for my new photo book that is going to be released this summer, I am looking forward to it very much because the last photo book I did was at the age of 18! I’m so glad that we captured the special moments of my life at that time because when I look back at it, it’s like a little walk down memory lane. It’s so much fun to look back on when I look through the old photos. I can’t wait to see the new one comes out on print since I have grown up so much in many different ways since then.

Do you have plans to come back again soon?

Definitely! Coming to U.S. always makes me feel like I’m coming home. I come here almost a few times every year for recording or if any new project comes up.
