FITNESS FUNDAS

I started working from the age of 17. I have seen my body change considerably over the years, and have modified my workouts accordingly.

Currently, I am regular with my yoga sessions, but will go back to my functional training in a few weeks.

On days when I am not able to work out, I go on a big guilt trip, but I make sure I do some cardio, like treadmill or cycling.

I like to work on my hips and my back curve. I think they’re my best features.

I believe everyone must do some form of cardio three or four days a week. If you are not able to exercise outdoors in the monsoon, then take the stairs. For those who love dancing, just lock yourself in a room and start dancing to your favourite song.
