We sat down with the Australian furniture designer to find out more about how the King Living team comes up with innovative furniture
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED AT KING LIVING?
I’ve been with the company for six years now. King was a company I had always been interested in working for, given their extensive experience with furniture, particularly the way each product is designed from the base up. As a designer, I could already tell from the finished product that each aspect had been considered and designed, the products are never “just another sofa”.
WHAT IS YOUR BACKGROUND?
I completed a Bachelor of Industrial Design with Honours, with a sub major in Furniture Design. I have always loved making things, working with my hands and solving problems, but while at university I discovered a passion for furniture design and haven’t looked back since.
