The founder and CEO of Roanuz Softwares is marvelled at how technology has the power of doing the unimaginable in various sectors. Mr Kaspar is particularly fascinated about technology's creative application in sports and fantasy gaming domain.

No wonder, Mr Kaspar and his diverse team have developed Roanuz Softwares, India's pioneering artificial intelligence-driven (AI) fantasy sports platform. With a unique combination of quality data, live stats, AI-powered technology and affordable cost, Roanuz has been growing at a rapid pace since its inception in May 2012. Headquartered in Chennai, Roanuz hires, trains and manages the team, which builds state-of-theart applications.

Prior to founding Roanuz, Mr Kaspar had worked in senior positions at EC Software as solutions architect in Stockholm, Sweden, and also at EC Software as a team leader in Chennai. During this period, he got significant exposure by working with global brands, like IKEA and Oriflame.

A computer science engineering graduate, Mr Kaspar has a profound understanding of the AI technology and its applications. He has had 13 years of experience in application programming, AI, and web application architecture.

On the personal front, the Roanuz chief feels that software programming is an art and finds working on it like composing poetry. He justifies his opinion by quoting Andrei Arshov: "Programming can give us both intellectual and emotional satisfaction because it is a real achievement to master complexity and establish a system of consistent rules." In a captivating conversation with Sharmila Chand, Mr Kaspar throws light on his management principles and practices that have helped him succeed in the world of business.
