In this melee,too often we forget to spare time for ourselves.

To survive, the next big thing after breathing is eating. We cannot even think of living a single day without food. Food is the only source of nutrition supply to our body and acquiring energy. Now-a-days we eat because we have to eat. Seldom do we take care of the type of food we are eating. We eat to please our taste buds but remain quite unknown from the health hazards this kind of food habits pose?

We learn from a number of magazines, newspapers, television and internet that we should eat healthy food and often mistake it as having only boiled vegetables and fruits and cutting down fat totally from diet. This is the worst kind of misconception. Every element is needed for your body; all vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, fibers and even fat (although choose the healthy ones). Each of these nutrients has their own individual roles to play in the physical and mental development. But we choose a wrong kind of eating habits that damages our health.
