It's already been a week since Bob Saget was found dead, aged 65, in a Florida hotel room, a and yet the touching tributes are still flowing in.

And while his mates will remember the A-list comic through his bawdy sense of humour, to most of the world, he will forever be Full House's Danny Tanner - TV's most beloved father figure.

As New Idea went to press, Bob's family was still awaiting a full toxicology report following his unexpected death. But local police in Orlando, Florida say there were no signs of foul play or drugs present in his room at the Ritz-Carlton.

His last-known movement was when he used his key card to enter his hotel room at 2.17am on Sunday, January 9, having driven south two hours from a show in the city of Jacksonville.

A staffer entered his room at the request of his family, who became worried when he didn't pick up the phone. He was found cold to the touch on his bed, with his left arm slung across his chest.

Bob's wife Kelly Rizzo, 42, who he married in 2018, released a statement last week describing her husband as “my whole heart”.
