It appears there’s a fine line between love and hate for the two fieriest Hell’s Kitchen contestants.

David Oldfield and Pettifleur Berenger clashed from the second they laid eyes on each other on Sunday night’s episode of the new Channel Seven series.

However, their fellow contestants have questioned if the duo’s fire is more a romantic spark than burning anger.
