Multiple palace sources tell New Idea that Meghan accepted Harry’s proposal some weeks ago and the Queen is finalising wedding plans before she makes an official announcement.

But that hasn’t held Meghan back from giving her most candid thoughts to her close friend and Suits co-star Max Topplin, who spoke to New Idea in this world exclusive.

Revealing that she doesn’t love Harry just because he’s the world’s hottest bachelor and heir to the throne, Max tells New Idea that she ‘truly cares’ and is a ‘good person’ who can’t wait to do amazing work in her new life as Harry’s bride.

But that doesn’t mean it hasn’t taken a huge adjustment period to settle into royal life.
