Tindall rues early horror time

JASON Tindall blamed a lack of “individual responsibility” from his Bournemouth players, especially in the first half, after a heavy defeat at Reading.

Reading were 3-0 ahead at the interval, with a trio of well-taken goals from Josh Laurent, Tom McIntyre and top scorer Lucas Joao.

Bournemouth improved after the break, but only had Junior Stanislas’ 85th-minute free-kick to show for their efforts. It was their third successive league defeat.

“Individual responsibility let us down, certainly in the first half,” said Tindall. “When you’re 3-0 down at halftime, you have already given yourself a mountain to climb.

“You’ve got a responsibility as an individual and you have to carry that out. Conceding those goals proved so costly.
