Patil announced a host of schemes under the Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Research, Training and Human Development Institute (SARTHI), an autonomous institute formed under the state’s planning department. SARTHI was established for the social, economic and educational development of Maratha, Kunbi communities in 2018.
