Bridgerton hunk Rege-Jean Page is tipped to be the next James Bond after Netflix confirmed he will not appear in series two.
Odds on the actor replacing Daniel Craig have tumbled from 5/1 to just 7/2.
Rege-Jean, who shot to fame as the Duke of Hastings in the raunchy historical drama, is now second favourite to bag the role of 007 behind Tom Hardy.
The actor wrote of his exit from the show: “It’s been an absolute pleasure and a privilege to be your Duke.
