STONINGTON—Ed Billings plans to return to the island as Stonington harbormaster in the middle of June, the fourth person to hold the job within the past year. His distant cousin, Town Manager Kathleen Billings, announced she had hired him at the June 7 select board meeting.
Billings currently lives in Monroe, Conn., and will be relocating to Deer Isle.
