Trip to Paris. Fit into college jeans. Get a new job. Fuelled by year-end cheer and holiday hope, you’ve drawn up a list of resolutions that seem so obviously do-able that you chide yourself for not having tried already!
But before you realise it, your baby has been cranky all night and you’re reaching out for chunks of chocolate and cheese the next day. You hate your boss’s sexist jokes, but worry about finding a new job where you can take off for last-minute appointments with the paediatrician. It’s time to transform marriage and motherhood into an unstoppable force that drives you to your dreams. Realising your resolutions is more about the mind and not so much a matter of circumstance. After all, single, footloose and fancy-free women fail at resolutions all the time! (Remember your previous life?) Mums who’ve been there and done what you probably want to do, demonstrate how you can juggle individual goals and motherhood efficiently, and come out on top of the world...
