Harry Kane became the 17th player to score 100 goals for the club when he netted his first against Everton recently. To celebrate, we get the thoughts of other members of the ‘100 Club’ on Harry’s achievement, take a closer look at the stats involved and speak with the man himself.
JOINING THE ELITE
A product of our Academy, Harry Kane scored his first goal in our colours in the Europa League against Shamrock Rovers back in December, 2011, and initially broke into the team at the end of the 2013-14 season, when he scored in three successive Premier League matches.
His career really took off in 2014-15 when he scored 31 goals in all competitions – the first player to get over 30 for us since Gary Lineker in 1991-92.
He’s followed that up with 28 goals in 2015-16 and then 35 last season, completing back-to-back Golden Boots along the way by notching 25 and then 29 goals in the Premier League in those seasons.
Harry completed his century in 169 matches and his second at Everton together with his brace against Borussia Dortmund last Wednesday took his tally to 103 and saw him climb to 15th on our all-time goalscorers chart.
Jimmy Greaves tops the list with his club record 266 goals in 379 appearances in all competitions between 1961-70.

OBITUARY – JOHNNIE HILLS
We were saddened to hear of the passing of John ‘Johnnie’ Hills, a defender who spent 11 years at the Club as an amateur and professional between 1950-61. He passed away at home in Brussels, Belgium, on Friday, 26 November, aged 87.
