DOOMED Tamayo Perry — who played a seafaring scallywag in Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides — was savagely torn to pieces by a bloodthirsty shark while surfing in his native Hawaii!

Perry’s ravaged corpse was missing an arm and a leg when it was spotted by horrified locals off Malaekahana Beach on Oahu’s North Shore.

A caller told an emergency dispatcher the victim appeared to be “fatally injured” after being bitten multiple times by an unidentified shark species.

Paramedics brought the brutalized Blue Crush actor to shore via jet ski and attempted to resuscitate him — but the lifeless 49-year-old was ultimately pronounced dead at the scene.
