The Duke and Duchess of Sussex faced another difficult time last week as rumours swirled that their marriage is in trouble and Prince Harry was spending time apart from his wife Meghan.

The pair firmly denied the reports and royal experts have confirmed to new that this is far from the case and the couple are stronger than ever in the face of criticism.

The reports claimed Harry, 38, had booked a hotel room to use when he needed some time alone as “an escape place”, but royal commentator Jennie Bond tells us unfounded rumours are “damaging” and the couple don’t deserve everything that’s thrown at them.

“The rumour mill can harm a relationship and whatever Harry and Meghan have done or haven’t done, or how much they’ve offended the royal family and the British public, they don’t deserve that,” she says.
