Former Celebrity Big Brother winner Chantelle looked phenomenal in new bikini pictures, showing off the hard-earned results of her diet and lifestyle overhaul in a stylish zebra-print two-piece.
The 41-year-old was relaxing by a Tenerife hotel pool after losing 5st- and looked sensational for it.
After she faced the wrath of cruel trolls who posted negative comments on everything from her smile, her size and hair colour to her choice of swimwear, Chantelle hit back and said, "It's taken me to the age of 41 to feel comfortable in my own skin and to love myself.
In fact, I think I look pretty damn good! But everyone's entitled to their opinion, free speech after all, but it's my body and I own it and that's what I will do!"
LAUREN SILVERMAN
Simon Cowell's fiancée Lauren looked trim and toned on the beach during a winter break in Barbados. The 47-year-old kept cool in shades and a hat as she soaked up the rays in a multi-coloured swimsuit.
Lauren who shares son Eric with music mogul Simon, and has another son, Adam, from a previous relationship is said to enjoy fitness.
She reportedly eats a lot of protein and does not "starve herself".
