'Smitten' Amber & Jen go public

As they let fans in on their blossoming romance, sources say Amber Gill and Jen Beattie will keep things "low key"

Amber Gill is “happier than ever” with her footballer girlfriend Jen Beattie, after going public with their romance – but wants to keep things as private as possible, pals have told new.

Former Love Island star Amber, 25, was first linked to Arsenal player Jen, 31, back in December, and the pair sealed it with a kiss last week as they celebrated Arsenal’s trophy win.

Now, a source has revealed, “Things are still fairly new but Amber is really smitten with Jen. Jen asked her out after speaking online and they hit it off straight away on their first date. It’s gone from strength to strength ever since. They both have a lot of fun together and Amber is happier than ever.”

The couple were seen locking lips in the stands at Selhurst Park in south London after Jen’s team won the FA Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup final against Chelsea. In an Instagram post, Jen shared a string of snaps from the day, including one with Amber. She wrote alongside, “Conti Cup Champs Baby,” to which Amber commented, “My Bennifer Jeattie.”
