The cast of The Only Way Is Essex were in disbelief last week as their former castmate Yazmin Oukhellou remained “very unwell” in hospital.
Yazmin’s condition was described as stable following a car crash in Turkey that resulted in the death of her on-off boyfriend Jake McLean. Her mum Lisa was said to be staying by her side after she underwent surgery for extensive arm injuries.
The source said, “The whole TOWIE cast are in disbelief. Yaz was meant to be coming back to the show. The cast are sending their support and they will be around her when she’s home. They just want her home. You never expect something like this to happen. It just makes you realise you never know what is going to happen in life.”
