They tied the knot in a stunning sun-drenched ceremony in Ibiza last June, and now Holly Hagan-Blyth and her footballer husband Jacob’s first wedding anniversary might be more poignant than they ever imagined. Holly is pregnant with their first child, with the due date landing on the memorable day of 6 June 2023.
“We’re due on the exact date of our wedding anniversary,” beams Holly, revealing their news exclusively to OK!.
“It’s the same week we first met, which will be six years ago, and the exact date I proposed a few years later,” adds Jacob, 30, who plays for Bradford (Park Avenue) FC.
While their pregnancy story reads like a fairy tale, former Geordie Shore star Holly, also 30, admits the reality behind the scenes was somewhat less romantic. The couple, who met on the White Isle in 2017 and live just outside Manchester, started trying for a baby last summer. But without any joy three months in, Holly changed tack and followed a schedule for their sex life.
