As a part of its Taste of Skink series, which invites guests to explore innovative culinary creations, Slink & Bardot has introduced its second edition - Peaks To Palms - promising a sensory voyage through the diverse culinary landscape of India. Building on the success of the previous Koliwada menu, this six-course menu offers an amalgamation of the very best of Indian cuisine, right from the northern peaks of Kashmir to the southern shores of Kerala. Under the culinary leadership of Chef Aliakbar Baldiwala, every dish reflects the essence of its region, thoughtfully paired with a cocktail designed to elevate the experience.
