1. Stir together sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and sugar in a small bowl.
2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey; cook, stirring to break up lumps, until turkey is cooked through and browned, about 6 minutes. Stir in salt and black pepper.
Using a slotted spoon, transfer to a bowl, reserving juices in wok.
3. Add coleslaw mix, bell pepper, onions, and garlic to wok. Cook, stirring frequently, until slaw is slightly wilted, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in sriracha mixture.
Return turkey to wok; cook, stirring, until heated through, 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Spoon about ½ cup slaw mixture into each lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with green onions.

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Stir together panko, Parmesan, lemon-pepper seasoning, thyme, dried parsley, garlic powder, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
2. Arrange salmon on prepared baking sheet. Brush melted butter on top and sides of salmon. Sprinkle with panko mixture, pressing into top and sides of salmon to adhere.
3. Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
