EMOM’s the word
Standing for ‘every minute on the minute’, this is a type of interval workout where you perform a specific exercise or set of exercises at the start of every minute for designated reps or time. Once completed, you use the remaining time in the minute to rest, before starting the next set at the beginning of the next minute.
Workouts don’t need to take longer than 30 minutes if the intensity is right. When it comes to building your fitness levels, it doesn’t need endless hours of work. The higher quality the dosage, the more impact and effect it will have.
