Did limited TRBS entry put pressure on Akshith?

Did Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) management restrict entry of outside participants to The Red Bricks Summit (TRBS) to accommodate the state government's Chintan Shibir?

This is the question raised by students at the premier B-school, who allege that the restricted entry may have led to tension for Akshith Bhukya, a second-year MBA student and main coordinator for the summit, who died by suicide on September 26. IIMA's 60th Student Affairs Council (SAC) questioned the decision to restrict entry for the "non-IIMA" event, Chintan Shibir, in an email to Director Bharat Bhasker on Saturday. Both the TRBS and the Chintan Shibir were held on September 27.
