THE NHS will get no extra money without major reforms, Keir Starmer has warned.
The PM said the service will take 10 years to fix after a damning review found it "in serious trouble".
Surgeon and ex-Labour health minister Lord Darzi blamed low productivity and poor staff morale, combined with austerity, Covid and an ageing, sicker population.
But yesterday Mr Starmer said people can't afford more taxes so the NHS must "reform or die".
