LUKE LITTLER powered into the PDC Darts World Championship semis - and the teen's title hopes were boosted further by favorite Michael van Gerwen's shock exit last night.
The 16-year-old sensation bulldozed to a 5-1 win against Brendan Dolan to become the youngest-ever player to reach the last four and Littler admitted: "Now I'm thinking about lifting the title.
That ambition edged a step closer later last night as Dutch master MVG suffered a stunning 5-3 defeat to England's Scott Williams.
Littler now meets 2018 champion Rob Cross - who fought back from 4-0 down to beat Chris Dobey 5-4 in a thriller tonight for a place in the final and a shot at the £500,000 winner's jackpot.
The Warrington whizzkid, on his maiden campaign at London's Alexandra Palace, said: "Now I am dreaming.
"I'm two games away and I'm definitely thinking about lifting the title. IfI keep it up, I've got a good chance.
"Rob won it on his debut and I am looking forward to playing him in the semis.
