KIRK BROADFOOT has no doubt Neil Warnock will salvage Aberdeen's season but reckons his superstitions might stink Pittodrie out in the process.

The 75-year-old has answered the Dons SOS and will take interim charge until the summer.

The veteran has a wealth of experience after 43 years south of the border with the likes of Leeds, Sheffield United, Crystal Palace, Cardiff and QPR.

Warnock, who has a reputation as a bit of a firefighter in terms of battling against relegation, has been out of work since he left Huddersfield last year.
