JOCELYN did her worst but it was Hearts who stormed back to blow Dundee away on a wild night in Gorgie.
The Jambos had to batten down the hatches at half-time when boos rained down from the stands with the Dens men two up. Ex-Hearts man Jordan McGhee notched a superb opener before Lyall Cameron's second stunned Tynecastle.
But Steven Naismith's men staged a late blitz to turn it around and go eight points clear in third. Calem Nieuwenhof started the fightback with a long-range drive and Dexter Lembikisa fired the Jambos level - after fit again Lawrence Shankland had missed his third spot-kick on the bounce.
But the fightback was complete when sub-Yutaro Oda slammed in a winner with just four minutes to go.
It was cruel on Dundee - but another massive show of character from Hearts after a stinker of a first-half display.
Naismith had a couple of big calls to make going in, one straightforward, the other not so much. Shankland shrugging off the bug that ruled him out against Spartans would have been a no-brainer.
But there must have been some pondering to do over the No.1 shirt with Craig Gordon making his comeback in the late Scottish Cup win over Spartans.
In the end Zander Clark got the nod. He hasn't done much wrong this term but it's still no mean feat fending off a club legend. Not that last night would have felt like much reward. It was a foul evening.
There was some surprise the clash was even on with Jocelyn doing her best to cause havoc.
