Duckett's 84 from 68 balls was described by Sir Alastair Cook as the best he had seen from the 28-year-old fellow left-hander while 23-yearold Brook's 89 from 81 balls was a clinical continuation of his incredible form from Pakistan, where he announced himself with a trio of hundreds.
