NEW DELHI: Leaders from the Janata Dal (United), or JD(U), Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), and the Shiv Sena—partners in the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA)—attacked the opposition INDIA bloc during a discussion on 75 years of the Constitution in the Rajya Sabha on Monday.
