FORMER Reds striker Teddy Sheringham has suggested new United head coach Ruben Amorim should consider letting Ruud van Nistelrooy leave the club.
Van Nistelrooy is currently in caretaker charge at Old Trafford after the sacking of Erik ten Hag last week. Amorim starts work at the club on Monday.
