Tottenham have confirmed Rodrigo Bentancur is conscious and talking again following a nasty fall in the side's 1-0 win over Liverpool.
Lucas Bergvall struck late on to give Tottenham the upper hand ahead of the Carabao Cup semi-final second leg in a month's time, but Bentancur's injury took much of the shine off the hosts' victory.
Bentancur went to ground awkwardly while stretching to get his head on a Spurs corner in only the sixth minute of play, with the scoreline goalless at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
There was immediate concern shown by both sets of players, who beckoned for medical staff to come onto the field to attend to the 27-year-old midfielder.

Importantly, Ganpath doesn't shy away from busting popular myths, such as the idea that certain diets are universally superior for weight loss or that carbs should be avoided at night.
